As an evangelical ministry, a professional performance space is required for interactive worship including live entertainment, continuous video feed through flat-screen TV's, audio requirements and theatrical lighting. A 1,800-seat sloped-floor auditorium provides seating for large group performances. A control room handles all audio/visual systems and lighting requirements and services are broadcast on local access TV. Newfield worked closely with the architect and theatrical design consultant on this extensive A/V package.

In addition to the theatrical space, its ancillary support areas such as front lobby, dressing and control rooms, choir and band warm up areas, and meeting spaces encompass 40,000 square feet. In addition, another 40,000 square feet house a K-8 day school equipped with full-service cafeteria and gymnasium.

Newfield in 2009, worked with Living Word again, to reconfigure worship space into offices and storage areas.
